Position : Data Entry Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : EST 40 hours a week)
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500

Background
The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate patient records processing sales orders and inputting key business data into our systems. This position is entirely remote and requires strong attention to detail consistency and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter patient data insurance details and sales order information into EMR and internal systems
- Review documents for accuracy completeness and proper formatting
- Maintain and update digital records in compliance with clinic protocols
- Communicate with the internal team to clarify any unclear data or missing information
- Perform basic reconciliation of order and payment data
- Ensure that all entries are completed on time and meet expected quality standards
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in data entry administrative support or back-office roles
- High typing speed (ideally 50 WPM) with excellent accuracy
- Strong proficiency with data entry tools (e.g. Google Sheets Excel CRM/EMR systems)
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks
- Reliable internet connection with backup power solution (if applicable)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and high accountability
- Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (at least partial overlap)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- The client noted the importance of reliable equipment wifi and power source! This is important.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare or optometry setting
- Familiarity with insurance-related data (not required but a plus)
- Experience with EMR systems like Eyefinity RevolutionEHR or similar
- Previous offshore remote work experience with U.S.-based clients
