Job Title: Operations & Customer Success Assistant
Location: Remote (must be available 9am 7pm EDT/EST)
Compensation: $1200 $1300/month
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We re looking for a highly organized and communicative Operations & Customer Success Assistant to support our growing client base. You ll work directly with our Chief of Staff to manage onboarding respond to customer support requests and eventually lead product tutorial calls and video walkthroughs. This is going to be a client-facing role so excellent English and strong presentation skills are essential.
We ll ramp you up in stages over your first 3 months to gradually increase responsibilities:
Month 1: Internal Onboarding Support
- Set up new client accounts (users organizations logins)
- Save client materials (branding sample decks preferences) in Notion
- Save signed contracts and maintain an onboarding status tracker
- Help create custom deck templates based on client materials
- Begin to learn our platform and admin tools
Month 2: Basic Client Support
- Respond to client questions in chat about how to use the software
- Record and send quick Loom videos to walk through solutions for specific help requests
- Continue developing fluency in our platform and admin tools
Month 3: Client Education
- Record full tutorial videos explaining new product features that can be shared via email newsletters or in our Tutorial video library
- Create and send payment links and invoices for new client engagements
- Help improve documentation and onboarding guides
Qualifications
- 1 2 years in operations admin or customer-facing roles
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear confident and client-ready)
- Organized detail-oriented and a fast learner with software tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace Zoom Notion Calendly and DocuSign
- Familiarity with real estate is a plus but not required
- Adaptable you ll thrive in our fast-paced ever-evolving startup environment
