Position: Cardiac Sonographer
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting echocardiograms to assess and evaluate heart conditions and abnormalities.
- Operating and maintaining advanced imaging equipment preferably Philips and GE echo machines.
- Collaborating with physicians to interpret echocardiographic results for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards in cardiac imaging.
- Documenting patient procedures and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educating patients about the echocardiogram process and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies in echocardiography.
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited program in Sonography.
- ARDMS certification is a must.
- Proficiency in operating echocardiography machines particularly Philips and GE.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac sonography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $71000 - $105000 (based on candidates experience and interview performance).
- Full-time position with potential benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
