Job Overview

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This position is crucial in assisting with diagnosing and treating patients while working closely with physicians and other medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans and assist in advanced imaging procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of images alignment of scans and technical quality while following protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to radiation safety principles.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to review images for quality and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient imaging.
• Stay current with advancements in CT technology and practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiologic Technology education program.
• Current ARRT Registry and BLS certification.
• Current KY Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License.
• Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one 1 year of hire.
• Availability to work three 12-hour shifts per week.

Desired Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is highly desired. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in imaging and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Salary & Benefits
