Chapter Success Manager (Account Manager)
Working Hours: Full-time US based hours
Salary Range: USD $1400 $1800/monthly

This organization partners with universities across the United States to establish chapters that deliver impactful programs focused on financial literacy leadership development and professional growth.
With a strong mission to help students shape their futures and thrive professionally they are expanding rapidly and seeking passionate professionals to help drive their vision forward.
Manage and support approximately 50 university chapters acting as the primary point of contact.
Coach and mentor student chapter presidents equipping them with skills to successfully run chapter activities and engage members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty advisors and university administrators articulating the value of the program and fostering long-term partnerships.
Coordinate the collection of student data for outreach and marketing purposes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement direct response campaigns aimed at recruiting student members and growing chapter participation.
Assist in launching new university chapters and contribute to strategies for scaling the program nationwide.
Monitor and report on chapter activities engagement levels and key performance metrics.
Experience in account management or recruitment roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Background in education tutoring services or program coordination in academic settings.
Experience coaching or managing student groups university clubs or community organizations.
Understanding of the U.S. higher education landscape and university processes.
