Outbound Sales Representative servicing Australia
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: Outreach to Australia and other countries located in Asia.
Package: 1000USD based salary commission
- $100 USD per booked meeting attended with an expectation of booking 10 meetings per month.
- An additional $100 USD for each meeting that converts into a closed deal with an expectation that 3 - 4 out of 10 meetings will close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities within the Australian African and European markets.
- Schedule and secure meetings with potential clients to present the companys AI-driven supply chain solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies tailored to target regions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunities generated.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales preferably within the technology or supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies for engaging international clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively especially during non-traditional working hours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $1000 USD per month.
- Commission Structure:
- $100 USD per booked meeting attended with an expectation of booking 10 meetings per month.
- An additional $100 USD for each meeting that converts into a closed deal with an expectation that 3 - 4 out of 10 meetings will close.
- Total Potential Earnings: Approximately $2300 USD per month combining base salary and commissions. Yet comm is uncapped
