Tasks
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in managing large B2B accounts and driving long-term partnerships across the architecture design and development sectors. The ideal candidate has experience in interior design sanitary ware or related industries and is confident working with both Indonesian and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients including architects interior designers developers and hospitality groups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Prepare quotes presentations and product proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range staying informed about trends in design materials and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support the acquisition of new clients.
- Attend client meetings site visits and design consultations as needed.
- Report regularly on account performance pipeline activity and client feedback.
Requirements
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a B2B account management role.
- Experience in the interior design architecture sanitary ware furniture or construction materials sector is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and high-value projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated experience working with both local Indonesian clients and foreign stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced design-focused environment.
Nice to Have
- Background or training in design architecture or construction.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp) is a bonus.
- Network within Balis design property or hospitality community.
