Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Bangalore Karnataka (On-site)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Sales within Banking & Financial Services

Job Overview:

We are looking for proactive and strategic Relationship Managers to build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication a consultative sales approach and a deep understanding of financial products. If youre a self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment and is excited about creating real impact this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through referrals networking events and inbound leads

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of senior citizen clients by offering customized financial planning and investment solutions

  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend asset allocation strategies tailored to retirement goals

  • Stay updated with market trends and share relevant insights with clients to support informed decision-making

  • Foster strong client relationships by providing excellent service and consistent engagement

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for wealth and insurance products

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Wealth Management / Banking / Insurance / Financial Services Distribution

  • Exposure to wealth products (mutual funds insurance fixed income etc. is a must

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strategic and problem-solving mindset

  • Client-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships

  • Team player with leadership potential

  • Bachelor s degree is mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Finance preferred

  • NISM VA and IRDA certifications preferred

  • Preferably based in Bangalore
