Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Painter who specializes in airbrush painting for 3D models. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic sense attention to detail and hands-on experience with airbrush tools. This role focuses exclusively on painting models (such as sculptures mannequins or display figures) to achieve high-quality realistic finishes.
Key Responsibilities:

Paint 3D models using airbrush techniques with precision and creativity.

Understand and follow design references or client requirements for model painting.

Mix and match colors accurately to produce the desired effect.

Apply base coats shading highlights textures and final finishes on models.

Maintain and clean airbrush tools and painting equipment.

Ensure painted models are smooth detailed and finished to a high standard.

Collaborate with the creative/design team to maintain visual consistency.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an airbrush artist specifically with model painting.

Strong portfolio showcasing painted models or sculptures.

Knowledge of paints primers sealants and surface preparation.

Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with various materials like resin plastic fiberglass etc.
