- Prepare and analyze operational reports identifying trends and recommending solutions.

- Proven track record of successfully managing facility operations and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of various facility management disciplines (e.g. MEP HVAC security housekeeping).
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
- Excellent leadership communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant health safety and environmental regulations.
