Job Description
Job Title: Mother Teacher
As a Mother Teacher at Hustlr Staffing Services you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds in a stimulating and supportive environment. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the overall development of children by implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to their individual needs. You will work closely with parents and guardians to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage students.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and development.
- Encourage social emotional and intellectual growth among children.
- Organize and facilitate educational activities and events.
- Provide guidance and support for students in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child s progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Implement classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the varied learning styles of students.
- Establish a routine that includes structured activities and free play.
- Incorporate technology and creative resources into the curriculum.
- Foster a love for learning by making lessons engaging and interactive.
- Prepare and arrange classroom resources and materials.
- Stay updated with early childhood education trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mother Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and imaginative approach to teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and methodologies.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and educational software.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Experience with behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Willingness to continue professional development.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to students success.
