D365 Commerce Architect
Location: Onsite (Bangalore)
Experience: 7 Years Type: Full-Time
Join a dynamic global team driving digital transformation in retail and commerce. We’re looking for a D365 Commerce Architect who brings deep expertise in Retail POS integrations and cloud-based architecture to lead high-impact implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical architecture and design for D365 Commerce/Retail ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build scalable secure and high-performing solutions.
• Define and manage integration strategies with third-party systems (eCommerce platforms CRM payment gateways etc.).
• Oversee Omnichannel Retail POS Inventory and eCommerce integrations.
• Ensure best practices in security performance and compliance are followed.
• Mentor and guide technical consultants and developers.
• Contribute to project planning estimations and technical risk assessments.
• Stay up to date with the Microsoft tech stack and roadmap.
Required Qualifications
• 7 years of enterprise software architecture experience.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Commerce).
• Proven success in Retail/Commerce implementations preferably global.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Services Power Platform Dataverse and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with custom extensions SDKs OData REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of Retail POS architecture loyalty promotions and pricing models.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce F&O or Solution Architecture (preferred).
