Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Soft Services Executive to manage and
supervise daily soft services operations.. This role includes oversight of housekeeping
pantry waste management pest control and general hygiene ensuring a clean and
welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping pantry and cleaning operations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across all
common areas.
Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff to address service quality and
performance.
Oversee waste disposal pest control schedules and hygiene compliance activities.
Handle client/tenant service requests related to soft services and resolve them
promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify gaps and implement corrective
actions.
Maintain inventory and stock records of cleaning materials and pantry supplies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on soft services performance and issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management Facility Management or related
field.
2–4 years of experience in soft services operations in commercial or hospitality
environments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage vendors supervise staff and ensure service delivery excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing services in Grade-A commercial properties or business parks.
Familiarity with CAFM/Facility Management tools and checklists.
