Forward Deployed AI Engineer

• Understand and translate business processes into operator workflows using internal tooling and configuration platforms
  
• Craft and iterate on high-quality prompts that power LLM-driven operator behaviour across varied domains
  
• Validate test and troubleshoot operator performance to ensure reliable and compliant execution
  
• Work closely with customers to align expectations communicate progress and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope technical enhancements flag limitations and share field insights
  
• Document and evolve delivery play books enabling faster more repeatable deployments across industries
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and deep knowledge of prompt design and iteration
  

• 2 4 years of experience in solution delivery technical consulting customer success or implementation in a B2B SaaS environment
  

• Ability to map complex business workflows to system behaviour using structured logic and technical tooling
  

• Comfort working with configuration platforms dashboards APIs and light scripting (Python)
  

• Excellent communication and organisational skills you re confident running customer meetings and driving execution
  

• A strong sense of ownership you don t wait to be told what to fix
  

• You have experience working with AI-powered automation chat interfaces or LLM-native products
  

• You ve worked in fintech banking insurance or other regulated industries
  

• You ve led the deployment of AI operators or complex workflow automations
  

• You re comfortable bridging products engineering and operations in fast-moving environments
