Job Title: Corporate Personnel Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Personnel Manager to oversee personnel functions across our manufacturing units. The role involves managing employee relations compliance workforce planning and HR operations in alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of labor laws experience in managing HR practices across multiple plants and the ability to foster a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel Administration: Manage employee records attendance leaves contracts and documentation across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to labor laws (Factories Act ID Act ESI PF Gratuity etc.) and government regulations at the corporate and plant levels.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution; maintain industrial harmony across locations.
- Union Management: Engage with labor unions facilitate wage negotiations and manage union agreements if applicable.
- Manpower Planning: Coordinate workforce planning recruitment and deployment to meet plant-level operational needs.
- Policy Implementation: Standardize HR policies and ensure their effective implementation across locations.
- Performance & Appraisal Management: Support periodic performance evaluations and ensure transparent appraisal systems are maintained.
- Audit & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports support internal and statutory HR audits and monitor compliance metrics.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in the rollout of training programs in coordination with the L&D team.
- Coordination with Plant HR: Liaise with HR personnel at individual plants for smooth HR functioning and alignment with corporate HR strategy.

- Strong background in HR strategy development and implementation- Not focused on operational HR tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a graduate of Lebanese universities (e.g. LAU USJ)
