Job Description
Our respected Client a leading European Real Estate Investment Development and Management company is seeking an experienced professional for the role of :
EU Group Marketing and PR Director
/international/
INTL/2507/GMPR
Main responsibilities:
Overall direction and control of the Group Marketing PR & Communications function across 10 European markets
Ownership of strategic planning budgeting forecasting and marketing performance management
Development of a unified calendar of group-wide brand campaigns product launches promotions and events
Management of all marketing-related channels and assets: corporate website publications digital/social media promotional materials and media partnerships
Oversight of sustainability and investor communications (including annual and ESG reports) in close coordination with Group departments
Coordination of internal and external communications ensuring consistency of brand voice across multiple audiences and regions
Leadership and development of a distributed team of in-house marketers and external agencies ensuring full alignment with brand identity and tone
Organization of conferences branded events and marketing-led activations to support leasing development and capital markets visibility
Requirements:
10 years of senior marketing/PR leadership in B2B sectors such as industrial real estate logistics infrastructure or adjacent industries
Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns and marketing teams across Central and Western Europe
Solid understanding of ESG/sustainability communication frameworks (e.g. BREEAM GRESB Green Bond Reporting)
Advanced command of CRM and digital marketing tools; comfort with data-led decision-making
University Degree in Marketing Communications or related field (MBA or equivalent is a strong plus)
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills at executive/board level
Strong people leadership track record; ability to inspire and unify geographically dispersed teams
