Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to become the right-hand support to a successful business owner managing a growing chain of retail locations. You ll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations supporting strategic expansion initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions. Responsibilities
- Organize and manage executive s daily schedule and calendar coordination
- Monitor prioritize and manage executive s email communications
- Conduct comprehensive research projects supporting business expansion and operations
- Coordinate with county officials contractors and stakeholders for new location acquisitions
- Handle back office management including invoice processing pricing decisions and departmental coordination
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Make professional phone calls on behalf of the executive to various business contacts
- Provide flexible administrative support for diverse day-to-day business needs
- Assist with travel planning and itinerary creation when required
- Adapt to varying workload demands in a dynamic business environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar high-level administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with email management systems and scheduling platforms
- Research and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion
- Experience with back office operations and invoice processing preferred
- Comfortable making professional phone calls and coordinating with external parties
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workload and task requirements
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
