Schedule:
Part-time: 20 hours per week Monday-Friday 10am-2pm Pacific Time
Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
Responsibilities:
Submit product approvals to licensing partners through various online portals
Monitor and manage email chains to track approval status and follow-up requirements
Coordinate follow-up communications with partners and stakeholders
Maintain calendars and scheduling coordination
Create and update tracking spreadsheets using Excel
Handle general administrative tasks and file management
Participate in email communications and provide administrative support
Manage multiple approval workflows simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Customer service background preferred
E-commerce industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Experience with Google Suite applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable learning new portal systems and software
Available to work 20 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-1pm Pacific Time
Part-time position: 20 hours per week (4 hours daily Monday-Friday)
Working hours: 9am-1pm Pacific Time Zone
