Role Summary
Responsible for driving financial strategy budgeting performance tracking and regulatory compliance across the organization. Acts as a key liaison between senior management and operational teams to ensure financial health and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team overseeing receivables payables reporting and audit readiness
- Prepare monthly financial reports budget variance analysis and performance reviews
- Collaborate on budgeting for new projects and monitor cost control across initiatives
- Review actual vs. budget spend and ensure robust cash flow tracking
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and timely recording of financial transactions
- Coordinate with auditors tax consultants authorities and internal teams to support reporting needs
- Monitor adherence to internal control policies and strengthen governance practices
- Cultivate a culture of process improvement and operational efficiency
- Address and resolve finance-related concerns with value-driven solutions
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and business improvements
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Finance Director as required
