What Youll Do
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Author detailed product requirements and user stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering UX QA and Marketing to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements.
- Drive product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional contributors fostering a strong product-thinking culture.
- Act as a product expert in executive briefings customer sessions trade shows and conferences.
- Stay up to date with competitive product landscapes technological advancements and evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an enterprise software or SaaS environment with at least 2 years in a senior-level or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative scalable products.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills comfortable influencing across levels and departments.
- Technical background or strong technical fluency especially in networking enterprise IT or telecommunications.
- Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed cross-functional team environment.
- Strong prioritization analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; graduate degree is a plus.
- Android Mac OS X Linux and Windows Server experience a plus
Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus. - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events; valid passport required.
