The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new home sales meeting set revenue targets and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive home sales by converting prospective leads into paying customers.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
Lead Management & Conversion:
Generate a steady pipeline of qualified sales leads through prospecting and networking.
Prepare and issue offer letters to interested buyers.
Follow up with prospects to secure signed offer letters and deposit payments.
Planning & Activation:
Develop and implement weekly sales strategies including targeted outreach and activation events.
Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to enhance lead conversion.
Documentation & Process Management:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation required for successful sales closure.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transaction status.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Sales & Marketing Business Administration Commerce or a related field with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
