Location: Pune (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads conducting discovery calls delivering compelling product demonstrations negotiating contracts and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills international market exposure and a strategic approach to sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
Deliver tailored product demos and presentations.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
Expand business opportunities in international markets.
Maintain sales records and contribute to forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
6-7 years of proven sales or business development experience. (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong communication negotiation relationship building and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
International sales exposure is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
