Job Description
We are looking for two part-time HR assistants to support our high-volume peak trade recruitment drive and to deliver accurate timely confidential and effective HR support across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys. This is a contract role until the end of November (25 hours per week). Each role is 5 hours per day 5 days per week ideally including one weekend day (e.g. Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Providing first-level HR support with a focus on support Stores with peak trade recruitment activities.
- Completing recruitment tasks accurately and promptly including job and offer approvals.
- Preparing and delivering recruitment reporting to support store hiring activity.
- Assisting the broader HR team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business or a related field (or currently studying).
- Previous administration experience ideally in a fast-paced or retail environment.
- Confident using systems such as Microsoft Outlook Excel Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters).
