Renewable energy company headquartered in Madrid with an office in Paris specializing in solar photovoltaic and wind projects in Europe with projects in Spain Portugal the United Kingdom and France. This capital-intensive company has a turnover of more than 100 million per year.

Tareas
Manage the companys HR Department
Manage the organizations Talent
Implement HR procedures: defining culture launching assessment initiatives etc.
Support in Steering Committee meetings and other committees
Manage the talent of a growing workforce of 20-25 people. Initially she would not have a team and would manage the HR area alone. The capital-intensive company has a turnover of more than 100 million per year.

Requirements
- A dynamic individual with skills in current dynamic professional and corporate practices.
- Part-time schedule with the possibility of full-time in the future.
- Very high level of spoken and written English.

- 10 years of experience in HR.
