We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas TX. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring a seamless and professional experience while supporting their needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests
Provide accurate information and resolve client concerns in a courteous manner
Prepare reports client communications and documentation
Maintain updated client records in company systems
Support the development of client service strategies and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service objectives
Qualifications :

1 years of experience in client service administrative support or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
