We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of corporate events conferences and brand activations. This role is key to ensuring that every detail contributes to a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics from pre-planning to on-site execution and post-event reporting
Support venue selection vendor communication and contract management
Maintain detailed records of timelines budgets and supply orders
Help develop run-of-show documents and coordinate event staff schedules
Ensure event materials and branding are consistent and prepared on time
Act as a point of contact for attendees and vendors before and during events
Support internal reporting and event performance evaluations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree in Event Management Communications Marketing or related field
1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
