Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events that reflect the Nexmos standard of creativity and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working collaboratively and is eager to grow within the event design industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for on-site and off-site events
Communicate with vendors venues and clients to ensure smooth operations
Support in managing timelines budgets and supply inventories
Attend and assist at events to ensure all elements are executed as planned
Help prepare and maintain event documentation materials and reports
Assist in creative brainstorming sessions and event design concepts
Conduct site visits and provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Event Management or related field preferred)
1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
