In this role you will:
- Actively develop and manage a diverse portfolio of business clients and referral partners identifying new opportunities and driving growth
- Represent Beyond Bank in the business community building strong connections with professionals such as accountants lawyers and financial planners
- Deliver exceptional service by creating trusted long-term relationships and providing tailored banking solutions
- Achieve personal lending targets while contributing to the success of the broader Business Banking team
- Prepare detailed lending submissions that balance opportunity with risk ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Proactively build networks and identify new business and referral opportunities
