Job Description
Role: Casino Manager (with focus on shift & employee management)
Location: Multiple Location preferably Los Angeles CA
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain employee shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
Strong experience with scheduling tools and workforce planning.
Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage for all shifts.
Handle employee grievances and resolve internal conflicts.
Experience in casino or hospitality management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
