Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter with success in recruiting for production manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 6-8 months but could get extended.

Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have strong stakeholder management skills
  • be consultative
  • support teams that are CST
  • have recruited for positions in manufacturing such as EHS Leaders Operations Managers Plant Managers Quality Managers Materials & Supply Chain Production Supervisors Quality Engineers

Responsibilities include:

  • Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing production & operations positions across multiple industries
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience as a recruiter with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing production operations etc. 
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes roles and industry trends
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
  • Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges
