Role- Principal Engineer / Senior Change Management Consultant
Location NYC NY 10007
Working Model - Onsite - Hybrid (2-3 days work from office)

Job Overview:
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional should be able to communicate facilitate and train and to help organizations successfully navigate transitions to new product/system.
Key Responsibilities of an OCM Professional:
- Developing and Implementing Change Strategies- Create and execute change management strategies and plans tailored to specific initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Communication - Develop and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Training - Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management - Identify analyze and manage key stakeholders addressing their concerns and ensuring their buy-in to the change.
- Change Readiness Assessment - Assess organizational readiness for change identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Integration with Project Plans - OCM activities are integrated into project plans to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition.
- Monitoring and Evaluation - Track the progress of change initiatives evaluate their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
