We are looking for a Commis Chef that will specialise in pastry and:
- Cook well in a team while pre-empting the needs of customers and your co-workers
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness hygiene and food safety practices.
- Engage in ongoing learning to refine your skills and stay up-to-date with culinary trends
- Create and prepare desserts/pastries for the kitchen team
Qualifications :
- Must be able to work in a rotating roster
- Experience in working as a pastry chef
- Experience in a similar role
- A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Hospitality Certifications are preferred but not required
- Experience in hotels is preferred but no required
