Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane Perth and Adelaide. But you have a choice in where and how you workwe trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What youd be doing in this role
The role will help us build and improve our Gen AI platform and products such as Ask Canva our user-facing chatbot that provides detailed user support using cutting-edge LLM techniques along with deep integration of our systems using tool calling to truly delight our users by instantly answering a complex question about their Canva account and by automating common support requests.
You will be working closely alongside backend engineers and MLEs to build the best AI support in the world for our customers. We embody pragmatic engineering and enjoy a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. This will give you a flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
