Tax Senior / Manager Hybrid Houston TX
Mid-Sized CPA Firm 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote
Are you a tax professional looking for a flexible growth-focused opportunity with a respected midsize public accounting firm in the Houston area Were currently hiring a Tax Manager to join a collaborative team offering strong leadership career development and hybrid flexibility.
About the Firm:
Our client is a well-established and growing CPA firm serving a wide range of clients across industries including real estate professional services healthcare oil & gas and high-net-worth individuals. What Youll Do:
Review and prepare complex tax returns for individuals partnerships corporations and trusts
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
Supervise train and mentor junior staff
Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communication directly
Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax regulations
Assist in research projects and stay up to date on tax law changes
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
5 years of experience in public accounting
Strong technical tax knowledge and review experience
Prior experience managing staff and client relationships
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
