Job Summary:
We are looking for a capable and experienced Branch Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Madurai branch. The ideal candidate will manage the BIM CAD and Operations teams ensure accurate tracking of attendance process payroll and maintain regular reporting to senior management. This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational and team management skills with a clear understanding of technical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise BIM CAD and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and inter-team coordination.
Oversee daily office operations including workflow team productivity and task delegation.
Handle staff attendance monitoring leave tracking and ensure timely collection of attendance data.
Administer payroll processing in coordination with HR/Finance including salary calculations deductions and overtime.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on project status team performance attendance and payroll to the head office.
Act as the main point of contact between branch office teams and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in office team or project management.
Familiarity with BIM/CAD workflows and engineering/design project environments
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
