Job Description

At Rise at Seven its not enough for brands to be on social media they need to be in it!


We build social strategies that dont just fill feedsthey drive demand increase discoverability and position our clients as true category leaders. Our campaigns are more than just content; theyre creative culturally relevant optimised for social search and built to earn PR headlines.


Were on the hunt for an Influencer & Creator Executive to join our social team and help us build relationships with the people who are shaping internet culture. From TikTok stars to niche creators youll be scouting briefing and collaborating with talent to make brand campaigns pop.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing talent management or social media (agency side is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms trends and creator culture
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with talent and clients
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Business writing skills to create clear briefs and performance reports


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify relevant creators across TikTok Instagram YouTube and other platforms
  • Manage influencer outreach briefing negotiation and content approvals
  • Support in building influencer lists and activation plans for campaigns
  • Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance
  • Collaborate with social PR and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with creator trends and emerging talent
  • Ensure both team and project deadlines are always met
