About the Opportunity
Service stream Technical Division have a new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Mobile Team on a Permanent Full-time basis.
Nature of position: Permanent Full-time
Location: Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne offices
Reporting Line: Senior Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
As the successful applicant you will be responsible for Effectively managing allocating and co-coordinating centralized pricing team resources systems and processes to successfully meet project deliverables within time budget and to a high standard of quality.
Including:
- Effectively managing and developing staff to maximize their potential and ensuring all deadlines re: the completion of projects are met and communicated to all relevant staff
- Closely liaising with and reporting to clients management and other stakeholders from quotes point of view.
- Budgeting and forecasting to required levels of accuracy
- Ensure that you fully understand the scope of work of any project or program that you have accountability for
- Ensure that you are able to articulate the Critical Path Items towards the delivery end milestone.
- Ensure that you are able to communicate the project goals and current status of work.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure delivery as per clients requirements
- This role will be accountable for ensuring that the project is delivered on time budget and to the required quality all in accordance with the clients policies procedures and values
- Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources necessary to meet the delivery objectives of the project.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in team environments which require dynamic and creative solutions to problems
In addition to the above we require an individual with:
- Degree qualifications in Engineering Building or a Property related discipline
- Demonstrated major project experience in a similar role leading a team managing budgets costs consultants and clients
- Significant experience in managing Wireless telecommunication rollout projects end to end specifically Telstra and have clear understanding of the contract and deliverables.
- Strong technical and project deployment rollout experience in SMR and SAED.
- Commercial Acumen and problem solving skills
