Job Description
Lincoln Southwest Dive Coach -
SouthwestHigh School is seeking ahead divecoach to provide qualified leadership for the swim and dive program. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential along with the ability to foster positive and productive relationships with student-athletes parents and the broader community. Must be able to provide quality instruction of fundamental skills as well as have a comprehensive knowledge of the sport of Swim/Dive. The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and enhance the ongoing development and improvement of the program. Be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the inventory and equipment; reporting contest results; and must know implement and enforce national state and local athletic policies.
A strong belief in the value of education-based athletics is critical as is an emphasis on the importance of the student-athlete.
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
