NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location:A mix of multiple Winter Family Care licensed facilities
Status:Full-time (day shift or overnight shifts available!)
Pay rate:$20.50 per hour
At Winter Family Care we believe every person deserves to live a life of dignity independence and respect. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities--empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.
What Youll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living skills community involvement and personal goals.
- Assist with medication administration hygiene meals and mobility.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
- Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What Youll Bring:
- A compassionate respectful and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license and clean background check (required for all roles)
- Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
