Posting Title: Team Lead - Piccolo Onsite Model
Location: Across the US as needed

Start time normally 6:30am - end time normally 3:30 - 4:00pm - MAY VARY based upon clinic volume and first appointment time.

The Team Lead Piccolo is responsible for the execution of Catapult Healths onsite clinic events ensuring each participant has a great experience.
This role includes tasks such as checking patients in collecting small blood samples via fingerstick measuring blood pressure recording height weight and abdominal circumference managing patient flow troubleshooting technology and communicating with the onsite client contact and operations support team.
Ultimately the Team Lead ensures that the clinic runs smoothly from start to finish and helps resolve any challenges that arise in between. This position requires travel to clinic locations across the U.S. Learn more about what we do at .
How you will make an impact:
Collect small blood samples via fingerstick; measure blood pressure height weight and abdominal circumference.
Lead and actively participate in setup and takedown of the clinic working alongside all assigned Health Technicians.
Transport clinic equipment and supplies to and from clinic locations and UPS Store when many cases equipment and supplies will be shipped directly to the client site by Catapults logistics team.
Identify and act if any patients are in need of immediate health care per Catapults practices and guidelines.
Enter all patient information into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
Communicate effectively with clinic site contact patients and Catapult Health team members to ensure a smooth and successful clinic.
Complete a clinic recap prior to leaving the clinic site.
Work onsite while meeting Catapult Healths expectations for time spent per patient and patient satisfaction. Remember the patient comes first!
Communicate electronically with the remote operations team as needed.
Manage supplies technology and connectivity to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Answer questions and resolve any issues that arise with patients or site contacts throughout the clinic.
Communicate with clinic site contacts prior to each event to coordinate logistics such as meeting times and locations.
What you need to be successful:
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients in a positive professional manner.
Ability to follow proper clinical procedures at all times.
Ability to report to clinics that begin as early as 5:00 AM and end as late as 4:00 PM. Punctuality and attendance are critical!
Reliable transportation to and from events or to alternative transportation (e.g. airports) as needed.
Must be at least 21 years of age possess and maintain a valid state drivers license and have a clear driving history (required for insurability to drive company vans and rental cars).
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality (especially regarding patient medical information).
Naturally approachable with a leadership mindset and level-headedness in stressful situationsthis is where your expertise and professionalism truly shine.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment is essential.
Ability to lift stand sit and squat for 8 hours consistently throughout the day.
Ability to lift push and pull up to 55 pounds regularly to assist with clinic setup/takedown restocking supplies and maintaining technology throughout the day.
