Job Summary
The Operations Support Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing the Operations Support Teams daily work to ensure top quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assumes responsibility for Operations Support team.
Assists the QA Lead with audits for the teams individual work
Audits phone calls welcome letters cert reports RAMS reports and outgoing emails
Keeps carrier instructions up to date in OneNote
Create new carrier pages in OneNote
Navigate through portals and create/update Operations Support information
Create instructions for new certification reports
Working with carriers to maintain current RTS/Certification report distribution
Informing Operations Support of any carrier changes
Assumes responsibility for agent support on an as-needed basis.
Provides customer service to agents via phone email and in person as necessary.
Follows up Service Requests (SRs) as needed to track and handle agent issues.
Communicates with carriers to resolve agent issues.
Provides full circle customer service to verify agent issues are properly and thoroughly addressed.
Assumes responsibility for agent projects on an as-needed basis.
Researches agents statuses with carriers.
Assists in updating RAMS with certification/onboarding report information.
Assumes responsibility for various cross-training assignments.
Assists with additional agent support as necessary.
Assists with New Biz when necessary
Assumes responsibility for miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
Intermediate-level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
One year customer service experience and/or data entry experience.
One year experience with Microsoft Office.
Strict attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Good computer and typing skills.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email copy machine scanner fax machine and telephone.
Positive attitude ability to take directions and ability to work well with others.
