Reporting to: Project Manager
Summary:
The System Administrator provides remote and on site day-to-day technical support assistance to end users. Will receive and follow up on all open / unresolved tickets respond and troubleshoot clients problems and concerns. Must be able to use their professional knowledge to resolve problems involving hardware and software issues. Installs configures and troubleshoots desktop systems workstations servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Must be able to use practical knowledge of operating systems application programs and network topology. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge: Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity: Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Contact with others is primarily internal.
Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work detailed
instructions on new projects or assignments.
Experience: Previous technical experience is beneficial.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules
operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write
routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts
interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
