Job Description

Job descriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baseball Coach to lead our program in developing skills teamwork and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching with the ability to inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. This role involves planning practices teaching techniques and fostering a positive environment for all and implement practice plans that focus on skill development teamwork and game the fundamentals of baseball including batting pitching fielding and base good sportsmanship and respect among players coaches and player performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage and manage team activities including with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy across all of in game strategy and tacticsMaintain a safe environment by adhering to all High School and MIAA experience in sports coaching is knowledge of baseball rules techniques and in behavior management to effectively guide young communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members.A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all background in program development
