Territory Sales Manager (Remote with Travel)
About the Role
A leading precision motion solutions company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive business development across Southern California. This is a high-impact relationship-driven role focused on expanding the adoption of customized linear motion systems and embedded mechatronics across high-growth verticals such as automation medical devices electronics manufacturing and robotics integration.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom technical discovery and solution consulting to quoting negotiation and account expansion. Supported by in-house engineering and applications teams youll serve as a strategic partner to OEMs integrators and advanced manufacturers seeking speed precision and reliability in their automation systems.

Travel Ready: Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings tradeshows and site visits (approx. 4060%).
