Were now looking for a committed people-oriented leader to lead and empower our team of HR Business Partners who makes people strategy happen. Youll play a key role in our cultural transformation by strengthening leadership and enhancing employee engagement across the business.

Your role

As HR Business Partner Manager you will lead and support a team of HRBPs who work closely with our business leaders to drive the people agenda to enable long-term success. At Aeronautics youll join a supportive and ambitious HR community where we value teamwork openness and continuous learning. Your mission is to support the teams development coach and inspire them in their daily work and ensure that our shared ways of working are effective modern and aligned with our strategic direction. You will collaborate closely with the Aeronautics HR specialist functions covering areas such as leadership talent learning compensation and OHS and wellbeing to ensure that initiatives are well anchored and successfully implemented across the business.

You will report to the Head of HR Business Partnership and be part of the leadership team together with the HR Team Leads for each Business Unit in which the HRBPs operate.

What youll do

• Lead support and coach a team of HR Business Partners with diverse backgrounds and experience
• Drive clarity collaboration and consistency in how we work across the HRBP function
• Support the implementation of Saab-wide initiatives within leadership talent and learning wellness etc.
• Be a trusted sounding board and work closely with BU HR Team Leads to ensure alignment and delivery
• Contribute to the continuous development of our ways of working culture and employee experience
• Act as business enablers by identifying and evolving the most efficient and effective ways of working to support long-term success

Your profile

Were looking for an experienced leader with a passion for people collaboration and development. You dont need to have a formal background in HR what matters most is your ability to lead through others bring clarity and create an environment where people grow and thrive. You enjoy working across a wide network balancing strategic direction with operational follow-through and you bring the energy and structure needed to keep momentum over time. Youre also someone who can spot opportunities to simplify streamline and continuously improve how work gets done.

To thrive in this role you likely have:

• Solid leadership experience including responsibility for people and team development
• Strong interest in leadership employee engagement and organizational development
• A coaching mindset and ability to build trust across functions and levels
• Experience from complex cross-functional organizations
• Fluency in Swedish and English

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
