Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team at Safanad ensuring ease of transitions and that all necessary administrative processes run smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations as required.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
- Facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries from various departments.
- Assist in project coordination and administrative processes that drive operational effectiveness.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Participate in meetings and take minutes ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support in event planning and coordination for company activities.
- Provide assistance to the executive team as needed in various tasks.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 11 years and maximum of 15 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
- Experience in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations.
- A history of managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.
