The UK&I Service team has a turnover of 60m and delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC chillers industrial refrigeration controls and mechanical & electrical works.

What you will do

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for one of our main customer contracts working alongside another coordinator to make sure all of their requirements are met. You will take ownership for the day-to-day administration / operational activity which can include dealing with customer queries / requests on the telephone and responding accordingly ordering supplies managing vendors processing invoices and other general administrative tasks using Simpro software and Sage 200. You will liaise with the Office Scheduler to prioritise customer call outs. You will also be required to access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPIs.

How you will do it

  • Report to the Office manager / Scheduler.

  • Operate client SAP systems to interact with Simpro.

  • Manage customer enquiries.

  • Process invoices and help with AR & AP enquires order supplies & general managing of vendors.

  • Support administrative tasks across the operational team.

What we look for

  • Someone who is organised & can prioritise tasks

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite & with ordering & invoicing systems

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

  • Ability to work independently & also as part of a wider team

  • Experience building & maintaining relationships with Client Engineers Vendors etc

  • Previous experience in an administration role is desired

  • Previous experience of Simpro and Sage 200 operating systems is desired

  • SC Clearance is required for site access; this will be actioned prior to initial start date.
