What will you do
- Work with business partners and application teams to ensure end-to-end onboarding activities are completed successfully.
- Explain the onboarding process and document requirements
- Provide consultative services to ensure requirements are following RBC Standards.
- Ensure all the supporting evidence signoffs are documented and stored for Audit purposes
- Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing assist with FST UAT OAT and PIV testing
- Perform responsibilities related to IAM including single sign-on authentication/MFA
What do you need to succeed Must have
- 2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services
- Strong understanding of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML OAUTH)
- Strong knowledge of SCIM Role-Based Access Control MFA
- Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with internal teams for effective task completion
Nice to have
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Security Engineering or Management Information Systems
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira Confluence
- Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC CISA CISM CISSP
