University Degree or equivalent in related field or applicable discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 20 years relevant experience with significant project management experience.
The applicant must have knowledge of Project Management (PMP knowledge) Contract Administration Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams knowledge of planning quality control HSE and Environment good interpersonal relations management of contractors and reports and dealing with the Customer. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Site Construction Director
Responsibilities: The activities to be performed correspond to those of a Site Construction Director.
Just as an example but not limiting the main activities are detailed: a. Lead an interdisciplinary team of personnel (Construction Commissioning Quality HSE Environment Planning and Cost Control Camp Management General Services. b. Manage relationship with Subcontractors c. Manage Customer Relationship d. Monitoring of workbooks. Control and writing of Service Orders and Order Notes as needed e. Monitoring of HSE Qa/Qc and Environment deviations. Ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. f. Reports to the company. Direct report to the Project PM. g. Relationship with functional areas of the Company. h. Track physical progress y. Certifications j. Participation in periodic meetings
Provides direction and project management related to construction to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of customer objectives contract terms and corporate policies.
Makes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing multiple functional disciplines one larger functional discipline or a significant size project. Decisions are for long-range planning coordination and technical decisions that can be either specific and/or far-reaching. Develops and oversees implementation of strategic programs and policies for their groups which may impact the region location or large project; Ability to manage multiple complex projects through others; Works frequently with location and regional management on significant matters influencing the business results.
