Job Description
- Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django/Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Refactor legacy applications and write new Python code from scratch based on existing system logic and functionality.
- Build and manage scalable RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems.
- Participate in debugging troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and ensure high-quality code delivery through automated processes.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Deep expertise in Django and Django REST Framework with strong API design and development skills.
- Proficient in application refactoring with a proven ability to understand legacy code and transform it into optimized modern solutions.
- Experience with database management debugging complex codebases and optimizing queries.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Data Factory is desirable.
- Analyze and understand old codebases to design clean and scalable new architectures.
- Develop modular secure and reusable backend components using Django/DRF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and smooth deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows for streamlined delivery.
